Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX designer to design software and platforms that meets user needs. We need you to be analytical & creative in order to design the overall functionality of the product to ensure great user experience. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:

Understand product specifications and user psychology. Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to implement an enterprise-wide UX/UI design strategy. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. Find creative ways to solve UX problems (example: usability, findability). Design & deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys & mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Requirements:

0.6- 2 year of UI/UX design experience. Excellent visual design skills and proficiency in design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Zeplin, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Basic HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript skills preferred not mandatory. Experience working with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. Extensive experience in using UI/UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Passionate about resolving user pain points.
Experience: 0.6- 2 years.

Note: Mandatory employment contract of one year.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
