Role Overview:

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

who is passionate about crafting seamless and impactful digital experiences.
In this role, you will transform product ideas into elegant, intuitive designs that enhance usability and customer engagement across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with

product managers, developers, and business teams

throughout the entire design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive user research to analyze customer behavior, needs, and pain points. Convert research insights into structured user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Design visually compelling and highly usable interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and timely execution. Plan and perform usability testing; analyze results and iterate designs to improve user experience. Develop, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure brand and interface consistency across products. Stay up to date with evolving UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Experience & Skills Professional Experience:

2-6 years

of hands-on experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience

Design Expertise:

Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design principles Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics

Accessibility & Usability:

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Tools & Prototyping:

Proficient in

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Miro, Zeplin

Capable of creating both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes

Professional Competencies:

Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to clearly explain design decisions and rationale Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
