UI/UX Designer
to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with
Figma
, and the ability to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using
Figma
.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Ensure consistent design systems, typography, color palettes, and reusable UI components.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Improve user flows, information architecture, and overall user experience.
Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
Figma
(Layouts, Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping, Design Systems).
Understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
Hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactions.
Ability to design for both mobile and web platforms (iOS, Android, Responsive Web).
Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Minimum Requirement
Must have completed
at least a 6-month UI/UX internship or Training
.
Availability for
rotational shifts
, including
night shifts
.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with design systems and modern UI kits.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but preferred).
Knowledge of user research and testing methodologies.
A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (mandatory).
