Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Ensure consistent implementation of design systems, style guides, and UI patterns across all products.
Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and refine designs.
Work with the development team during implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality.
Prepare UI/UX documentation, design specifications, and assets for development handoff.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design within the IT or software development industry.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics (plus, not mandatory).
Understanding of Agile workflows and design-development collaboration.
Experience with UX research methods and usability testing.
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
