Overveiw

PENNEP is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be strong in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design for web and mobile products.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user behavior. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements. Prepare design documentation, style guides, and component specifications. Run usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback. Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and maintain design systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes and UI design quality. Proficiency in the Figma tool. Solid understanding of design principles, responsive design, and accessibility. Ability to convert complex concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions. Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic). Experience working in Agile environments.
