Overview:

We are looking for a proficient and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the complete design process, translating business and product requirements into intuitive, refined, and user-centric digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of interfaces that are visually cohesive, highly functional, and aligned with established design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive user research to identify user needs, behavioral patterns, and key pain points. Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. Create visually refined, user-friendly, and brand-consistent interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient design implementation. Plan and execute usability testing, analyze insights, and optimize designs based on user feedback. Establish, maintain, and enhance design systems to support visual coherence and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

2-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects.

Design Competency:

Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, typography, and human-centered design principles.

Accessibility:

Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design methodologies.

Tools:

Proficiency in

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, InVision, Miro, Zeplin

and Illustrator;

experience with CAD tools is a plus.

Prototyping:

Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity design mockups.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and justify design solutions effectively.

Organization:

Excellent time management and prioritization abilities, with a proven track record of meeting project deadlines. Stay informed about contemporary UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and best practices within the industry.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
