About the Role

Webethics Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Figma Designer

to join our design team. We're seeking someone with a strong eye for visual aesthetics, a good understanding of user experience, and the ability to turn ideas into clean, intuitive, and visually appealing designs. You will work closely with developers and project managers to create modern UI/UX designs for both web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Create clean, modern, and user-centric UI designs using Figma. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development workflow. Build wireframes, prototypes, and structured design systems for multiple projects. Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets and platforms. Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance design quality. Design engaging social media creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.

Requirements

0-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Figma Designer. Strong proficiency in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD or similar tools is a plus. Good understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX best practices. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Strong communication skills, creativity, and time management abilities.
