About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

who is passionate about crafting engaging and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles, UX fundamentals, and hands-on experience using modern design tools to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates

must include a link to their portfolio or Behance/Dribbble profile

Key Responsibilities

Apply

UX fundamentals and design principles

to create engaging, user-centric interfaces.
Design

wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows

using tools such as

Figma, Framer, Webflow, Balsamiq, ProtoPie

, and

Adobe Creative Suite

.
Conduct

UX research

and translate insights into design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Perform

UX audits

to identify usability issues and suggest improvements.
Collaborate closely with

cross-functional teams

-- including product managers, developers, and stakeholders -- to ensure design consistency and usability across platforms.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Participate in

brainstorming sessions, user testing, and feedback loops

to enhance product usability.
Deliver projects efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a focus on user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding and application of

UX fundamentals, design thinking, and visual hierarchy

.
Proficiency in

Figma, Framer, Webflow, Balsamiq, ProtoPie

, and

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
Experience in

rapid wireframing, prototyping, UX research, and UX audits

.
Strong

communication and presentation skills

, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Experience collaborating with

cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field

Experience in

SaaS or product-based companies

.
Basic understanding of

HTML, CSS, or front-end design principles

(added advantage).
