Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

with 2-3 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean and modern design, user-centered thinking, and hands-on expertise with design tools such as

Figma, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop

. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using

Figma

and

Photoshop

. Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, icons, and illustrations using

Canva

and other design tools. Conduct user research and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business and user needs. Ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms and experiences. Optimize designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analytics. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in

Figma

,

Canva

, and

Adobe Photoshop

. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design. Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Ability to balance user needs with business goals in design decisions. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with tools like Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or other design/animation software. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and developer hand-off processes. Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects.
