Overview

We are looking for a talented

UI/UX Designer

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end design process transforming complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and impactful user experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are visually compelling, user-centered, and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, goals, and pain points. Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand identity. Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring designs to life. Plan and conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine solutions. Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

2-5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of

web and mobile projects.

Design Expertise:

Solid foundation in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and human-centered design.

Accessibility:

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Tools:

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator; CAD experience is a plus.

Prototyping:

Ability to create interactive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills to present and explain design concepts.

Project Management:

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively.

Education

Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. Professional certification in UI/UX Design (preferred, not mandatory).
