Position Overview

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

to design engaging, user-friendly digital experiences for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

user-centered design principles

, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces that delight users.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals. Create

wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

for web and mobile platforms. Conduct

user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis

to inform design decisions. Design intuitive

user interfaces

with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and modern design trends. Develop and maintain

design systems, style guides, and UI components

for consistency across products. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs. Stay updated on

UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

to continuously improve the design process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Design, HCI, or a related field

(or equivalent practical experience). Proven

2+ years of experience

as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in

design and prototyping tools

such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Strong portfolio showcasing

user-centered design, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs

. Understanding of

responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
