What We Are Looking for:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences for web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Design intuitive user interfaces for web applications, focusing on usability and user experience.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across products.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects, with an emphasis on web applications.

Proficiency in HTML and CSS for prototyping purposes.

Experience using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
