Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and challenges.
Create
wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
to communicate design concepts.
Design intuitive, visually appealing UI aligned with brand and usability standards.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs.
Maintain consistency in design systems, components, and interaction patterns.
Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills:
Experience:
2-4years in UI/UX design with a
demonstrable portfolio
of completed projects
web and mobile applications.
Design Expertise:
Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, visual hierarchy, and user-focused design.
Accessibility & Color Theory:
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, inclusive design methods, and effective use of color.
Tools Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator,
and similar design software.
CAD Exposure:
Familiarity with CAD tools for product visualization will be considered an advantage.
Prototyping:
Ability to produce wireframes, mockups, and detailed interactive prototypes.
Collaboration & Communication:
Strong ability to present design ideas and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Organization & Delivery:
Skilled in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
