Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, intuitive, and modern user experiences and interfaces that align with our brand identity and meet user needs. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative digital products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

User Interface & Experience Design:

Conceptualize, design, and implement user-centric, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications that deliver seamless and enjoyable experiences.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and ensure design consistency across all products.

Prototyping & Tools:

Use Figma extensively for designing, prototyping, and sharing design assets, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is also required.

Design Research & Trend Analysis:

Conduct competitive and customer analyses to inform design decisions. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to create modern, fresh, and brand-aligned interfaces.

Usability Testing & Feedback Integration:

Conduct usability tests, analyze user feedback, and iteratively refine designs to enhance user satisfaction and product performance.

Graphic and Visual Design:

Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and other components. Translate design concepts into HTML and coordinate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports on usability testing and design performance for senior management. Maintain style guides and ensure adherence to branding standards (fonts, colors, images).

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in content strategy development, storyboard creation, process flows, and sitemap illustration. Take on any other design-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Design, Development, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (1 year) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with an emphasis on modern, user-friendly interfaces. Proficiency in multiple programming languages , along with core front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Solid knowledge of HTML and ability to convert designs into functional web elements. Understanding of the Restful APIs on social networking websites Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Deep understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards. Passion for keeping up with the latest design trends and technologies.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
