Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design outcomes Ensure consistent design language and adherence to UI standards and brand guidelines Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. Strong portfolio showcasing real projects across web and mobile Good understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with design systems Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS Familiarity with agile development processes
