Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UX/UI standards. Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and component libraries. Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Experience with design systems, user research, usability testing, and data-driven design. Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS; experience working with front-end developers is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design process.

Nice to Have:

Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS and Android). Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, Abstract, or similar for design handoff. Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Motion design or animation experience using tools like After Effects or Principle.
