Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You should be passionate about user-centered design and capable of translating business requirements into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve product usability. Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions. Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and platforms. Ensure consistency in designs and content across all product platforms. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work. Understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic understanding is a plus). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

1+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Motion design or animation skills. Experience with usability testing and analytics tools. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
