Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative

UI/UX Designer

with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Mohali. You will play a key role in crafting user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms. Your designs will directly impact user engagement, satisfaction, and business success.

Key Responsibilities

Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Conduct user research, analyze behaviors, and use data to improve designs Design intuitive, beautiful, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders Maintain and contribute to our design system and style guides Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback

Requirements

2-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer Proficiency in design tools like

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

, or similar Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX thinking, and design process Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout Experience designing for

responsive and mobile-first

platforms Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Degree/Diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred
