We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life through smart design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and use the findings to guide design decisions Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity visual designs Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and UI standards across all digital products Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills across various platforms (web/mobile) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Morning shift
