Job Description

We're looking for a

talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

with hands-on experience designing

CRM systems and complex dashboards

. You'll work on web and mobile platforms across diverse industries, collaborating closely with developers and product teams to craft intuitive, data-driven experiences.

Responsibilities:

Design user-friendly, scalable CRM and dashboard interfaces. Translate user/business needs into elegant design solutions. Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with dev teams to ensure seamless implementation. Maintain consistency with style guides while driving innovation. Stay current with modern UI/UX trends and platform guidelines. Handle multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Requirements:

3-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Strong portfolio showcasing CRM or dashboard designs (web/mobile).

Proficiency in

Figma

(preferred), Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. Solid understanding of responsive design and user behavior. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to independently manage design projects from concept to handoff. Familiarity with UX principles, design systems, and accessibility.

Must be comfortable designing for both websites and mobile applications, in addition to dashboards and CRM tools.

Good to Have:

Knowledge in motion/interaction design. Experience with prototyping software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
