We are seeking a talented and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team at Innerix Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a passion for creating intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with project goals. Execute all design stages from conceptualization to final handoff to developers. Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design concepts effectively. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to enhance design solutions. Ensure consistency in visual elements and user experience across various products and platforms. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices. Present and defend design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design and User Experience (UX) Design. Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Strong skills in graphic design, typography, and color theory. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles. Familiarity with basic front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
