This is a remote position.
We're building cool things and need a UI/UX Designer to design next-gen mobile & web screens.
Your Day-to-Day:
Understand Users: Get into the minds of users through research to help uncover what they truly need.
Design & Prototype: Turn complex ideas into wireframes and clickable prototypes that tell a clear story.
Create Beautiful Interfaces: Design clean, user-friendly screens that work seamlessly across all devices.
Collaborate: Work closely with PMs and developers to bring functional ideas to life.
Test & Improve: Lead usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs based on real user input.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Figma Expert: Deeply comfortable with auto-layout, components, and design systems.
Strategic Thinker: A solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and accessibility.
Communicator: Someone who can explain the "why" behind their design decisions.
