Job Description

Position: Ui/UX Designer (NV60FI RM 3238)

Key Responsibilities:

Follow design practices and lean product methods, from ideation to validation, to ensure that all artifacts meet the established standards and guidelines.


Adopt and comply with the Extreme Design System and experience guidelines (taxonomy, content, a11y, etc.).


Produce user journey (workflow diagrams), annotated wireframes that map xAPI and content strategy, interaction design, design prototyping, and design documentation while pairing with UI Engineering.

The Contribution:

Facilitate communication across a balanced product team and stakeholders.


Collaborate with Product Managers and/or design leadership within Extreme and other stakeholders to drive design outcomes.


Contribute to the maturity or evolution of the EDS, the pattern library, and experience guidelines.


Blend Generative product design and generative content design practices and services with traditional design practices to support Jobs-to-be-done and Persona(s).


Participate in scoping, design thinking sessions, design reviews, and other workshops with other team members to guide product design decisions through iterative feedback to ensure the production of high-quality design artifacts across the team of designers.
