Responsibilities
Design user-centric UI/UX for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct basic user research and usability testing
Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
Maintain consistency using design systems and style guides
Collaborate with developers for smooth design handoff
Improve existing designs based on feedback and analytics
Required Skills
Strong understanding of
UI/UX principles
Proficiency in
Figma
(Adobe XD / Sketch is a plus)
Experience with wireframing & prototyping
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
Good sense of typography, color, and layout
Ability to explain design decisions clearly
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with design systems
UX writing skills
Familiarity with usability tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
