Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and developers to gather requirements and understand user needs.
Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze insights to continuously improve design solutions.
Develop intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs that enhance user experience.
Maintain a consistent design language across all platforms and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
Work closely with the development team for efficient design handoff and provide support during implementation.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Research emerging design trends, conduct competitive analysis, and propose innovative UI/UX solutions.
Adapt to changing project requirements and evolving business needs with a flexible approach.
Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm when tackling complex design challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
