Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic, creative, and skilled
UI/UX Designer
to join our team full-time onsite in Indore. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both user experience principles and visual design, along with a sharp business sense to translate complex problems into elegant and intuitive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-centric web and mobile interfaces that balance aesthetics and functionality
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients to understand requirements and user flows
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user journeys
Apply UX research and data-driven insights to improve user engagement and usability
Design marketing materials, brand assets, and logos as needed
Maintain design systems and UI component libraries for consistency
Ensure all designs meet accessibility and responsiveness standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer in an IT company or agency setting
Strong grasp of UX principles, user flows, and business logic
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Experience in graphic design, branding, and logo creation
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency
Strong communication and presentation skills
Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player with a startup mindset
