About the Role

We are looking for a logical, detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team in Rajkot. You will be responsible for the evolution of an ongoing product, ensuring that new features and improvements align perfectly with our established

Design System

.

This isn't just about moving pixels; we need someone who understands the why behind the what. You will solve user problems and translate them into seamless, high-fidelity interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Product Evolution:

Design new modules and features for an ongoing product while maintaining visual and functional consistency.

Design System Management:

Work strictly within an existing design system, ensuring all components are used correctly and suggesting improvements where necessary.

User-Centric Problem Solving:

Break down complex workflows into intuitive user journeys.

Prototyping:

Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate functionality to stakeholders and developers.

Collaboration:

Communicate clearly with the development team to ensure designs are implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design (Product/SaaS experience is a plus).

Tooling:

Mastery of

Figma

(including Auto Layout, Components, and Variants).

Design Thinking:

A strong grasp of user research, information architecture, and usability principles.

Communication:

Ability to articulate your design decisions clearly and take constructive feedback.

Portfolio:

A proven track record of shipping real-world products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
