Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-focused

UI/UX Designer

who can transform complex requirements into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, user empathy, and the ability to collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Figma

- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools

- Ability to generate and enhance images using AI tools

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (usability, accessibility, consistency)

- Good sense of colors, typography, spacing, and layouts

- Understanding of website design & responsive layouts (desktop & mobile)

- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow

Key Responsibilities

UI / UX & Website Design

- Design UI/UX for websites and web applications

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma

- Ensure designs are user-friendly, responsive, and visually consistent

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation

Graphic Design

- Design creatives for social media, banners, posters, ads, and marketing assets

- Create basic icons, illustrations, and visual elements

- Support marketing and product teams with design needs

- Collaboration & Learning

- Work closely with senior designers, developers, and marketing teams

- Learn and follow brand guidelines and design systems

- Implement feedback and continuously improve designs

Eligibility

- Any Design / Fine Arts / BFA / BSc / BTech / Degree graduate

- Freshers & recent graduates can apply

- Internship experience or academic projects are a plus

- Portfolio (academic or personal projects) is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
