As part of a fast-paced technical team, you will play a key role in shapingthe user experience from concept to implementation, ensuring designconsistency and usability across all platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities :

Collaborate with developers and project managers to translaterequirements into user-centered designs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups tocommunicate design ideas effectively.
Develop visually consistent UI designs aligned with brand andaccessibility standards.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve product interfaces.
Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skill & Qualification :
. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1 to 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a product or technology-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
Familiarity with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.) and collaboration with front-end developers.
Basic understanding of
HTML, CSS, or Flutter/React Nativedesign constraints (plus point).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
