We are seeking a highly skilled & ambitious designer with at least a 4+ years of experience in Visual Design, UI Design, Interaction Design & Motion Design, with a deep skill set in at least one of them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive and engaging communication unit, user interfaces and experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our products & experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions.

Can take a 3D walkthrough of all models/variants/trims on sale Can customize the vehicle and see exactly how it looks like and how much it will cost Can take a 'Virtual Consultation' with a sales agent in the virtual world (some like to call it Metaverse)

Responsibilities

Lead Design Initiatives:

Drive the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications. Conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

User Interface (UI) Design:

Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

Interaction Design:

Design interactive elements that enhance user engagement. Create prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flow.

Graphic Design:

Produce high-quality graphics, icons, and visual assets aligned with brand identity. Collaborate on marketing materials and presentations as needed.

User Research & Testing:

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in visual design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Casual Design, UI/UX design, interaction design, or similar roles.

Design Expertise:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

UI/UX Skills:

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. Experience designing for various platforms (web, mobile, tablet).

Interaction Design:

Familiarity with prototyping tools & the ability to create interactive prototypes and animations.

Visual Design:

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design rationale and present ideas effectively.

Collaboration:

Experience working in cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Portfolio:

A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including UI designs, interaction designs, and graphic works.

Preferred Skills

3D Visualization Experience:

Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, Unity).

Automotive Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of automotive retail and customer engagement strategies.

Front-End Development Basics:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.

Motion Design:

Skills in animation and motion graphics to enhance user interactions.

User Research Methods:

Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
