About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design modern, user friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products -- including web, mobile, and IoT dashboards. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences and improve usability across all platforms. Key Responsibilities ? Design and deliver high-quality UI mockups, prototypes, and visual assets for web and mobile applications. ? Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate user needs into wireframes and design solutions. ? Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate design implementation. ? Create design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency. ? Improve usability and accessibility based on analytics and user behavior data. ? Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define and refine user flows and interactions. ? Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills ? Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. ? Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. ? Experience with UI prototyping, wireframing, and user journey mapping. ? Good grasp of color theory, typography, and layout design. ? Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend implementation constraints is a plus. ? Strong communication and collaboration skills. ? Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. ? Experience designing for IoT dashboards, ERP systems, or industrial web apps (advantageous). ? Familiarity with UX research techniques, usability testing, and A/B testing. ? Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution. What We Offer ? Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
