About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

with around

of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, proficiency in industry-standard tools, and a passion for user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

Understand user needs and translate them into intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs. Design and iterate on user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes. Deliver responsive and visually consistent designs for both web and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs. Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure visual and functional consistency. Stay current with UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and responsive design. Experience in creating prototypes and conducting usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A strong design portfolio demonstrating past work and design process.

coding platforms. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts. Experience working in Agile environments. Understanding of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
