About the Role

We are seeking a

UI/UX Designer

with 3- 4 years of proven experience in delivering design solutions across multiple domains. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who blends creativity with strategic thinking, capable of designing intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences for enterprise and consumer products alike. You will be part of a high-performing Experience Design team, collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver impactful user experiences that align with business objectives and technology frameworks.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the end-to-end design lifecycle from requirement analysis, user research, and conceptualization to final visual design and developer handoff. Translate complex business requirements and client objectives into seamless user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Partner with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to ensure design intent and usability are maintained through implementation. Communicate and present design strategies, rationale, and deliverables effectively to client and internal stakeholders. Contribute to the evolution of the organization's design standards, systems, and best practices. Leverage AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies to enhance design productivity and innovation. Stay current with design trends, UX research methodologies, and accessibility standards to continuously raise the quality bar.

Required Skills & Competencies

Design Tools:

Figma (primary), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop proficient in end-to-end design workflows.

AI & Emerging Tools:

Strong awareness or hands-on experience with AI-powered design platforms (e.g., Galileo AI, Uizard, Figma AI, etc.). Deep understanding of

user-centered design principles

interaction design

,

information architecture

, and

responsive design systems

. Proven ability to collaborate in agile environments and translate business needs into creative design strategies. Strong visual design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail and consistency. Excellent communication, client interfacing, and presentation skills ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Experience designing across diverse sectors (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, SaaS, or Non-Profit) is a strong plus.

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related discipline. Prior experience in a

global IT services or consulting environment

is advantageous. Familiarity with usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and analytics-based design improvements.
