: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile applications. The role requires strong collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to understand requirements and user needs.

? Create wireframes, mockups, storyboards, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

? Design user interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications with a focus on usability and aesthetics.

? Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve user experience.

? Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.

? Optimize UI designs for responsiveness and accessibility.

? Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

? Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Proven experience (1.5- 3 years) as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

? Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision, etc. ? Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus (for better collaboration with developers). ? Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Preferred Qualifications

? Experience designing for ERP, SaaS, or enterprise-level software. ? Understanding of front-end development processes. ? Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
