Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design seamless, user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps, web apps, and websites.
Create engaging UI elements, icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance user experience.
Build reusable design systems, components, and templates for consistency across all platforms.
Translate design concepts into detailed UI specifications and deliver assets for development.
Conduct usability and A/B testing to analyze and optimize designs based on user data.
Develop creative visual strategies to improve engagement, retention, and user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
4-7 years
of proven experience in
UI/UX design
for web and mobile platforms.
Strong expertise in
Interaction Design, Motion Design, Visual Design, and UI Design.
Demonstrated experience in building
design systems
and defining
visual languages
from scratch.
Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.
Experience with
3D software (e.g., Blender)
is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, startup environment.
