UX/UI Designer

At Agaetis Technologies, we design and build B2B SaaS products, ecommerce platforms, and high-performing digital experiences that help businesses grow. We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys that convert complexity into clarity.

UI/UX Designer Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product vision, interaction, and user experience strategies. Apply UX research methods including user interviews, journey mapping, and user flow creation to uncover insights and inform design decisions. Translate findings into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs in tools like Figma. Execute all design stages--from concept and exploration to final handoff to engineering. Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability, visual harmony, and consistency across all touchpoints. Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product experiences. Present design concepts and rationales clearly to stakeholders across teams.

UI/UX Designer Key skills Requirements

Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing real-world projects and thoughtful problem-solving. Strong understanding of UX principles and methods for B2B and ecommerce products. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred). Experience creating or maintaining design systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to present work confidently. Awareness of current design trends, accessibility best practices, and emerging design technologies. Experience working in Agile or collaborative product teams is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
