Position : UI/UX Designer

Location : Nagpur

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into elegant, practical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to guide design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design user interfaces that are attractive, functional, and responsive.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Conduct usability testing and gather insights to improve the user experience.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and provide a consistent experience.
Requirements:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms.

Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Probation period 6 months
