We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer / Designer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, hands-on experience with Figma and other professional tools, and the ability to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver user-friendly UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into functional designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and enhance designs.
Maintain design consistency across all platforms and follow UI/UX best practices.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer.
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (preferred but not mandatory).
Exceptional visual design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
