Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while understanding user needs and business goals. This role requires expertise in both UI design principles and UX methodologies, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products.

Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring excellent usability and visual appeal. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance UI/UX designs. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide the design process and optimize user interactions. Implement best practices and design standards while staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to improving the overall user experience of our digital products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc., and prototyping tools like InVision or Principle. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements. Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
