Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative

UI/UX Designer

to join our in-house design team. You will be working closely with developers, project managers, and product owners to create engaging, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for websites, web apps, and mobile apps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement intuitive user journeys. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Follow and contribute to internal design systems and UI libraries. Translate business requirements and user feedback into design improvements. Ensure consistency and quality of visual elements across platforms and devices.

Candidate Requirements

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar). Solid understanding of

UI/UX principles

. Ability to work with and contribute to

design systems

. Strong

visual design skills

, attention to detail, and a good eye for typography, color, and layout. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus. A strong design portfolio demonstrating past work and thinking process.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Knowledge of motion design/interaction design. Experience with user testing or feedback analysis. Familiarity with agile product development processes. Basic knowledge of tools like Notion, Zeplin, or Jira.
