About the Role:

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

to join our growing tech team at

Veloce Techinsights Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered thinking, and hands-on experience in creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate requirements into interactive designs. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively. Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design quality. Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and product design standards. Work closely with the development team to implement designs accurately. Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop

. Strong understanding of

responsive design

and

design systems

. Good knowledge of

user-centered design principles

and

accessibility standards

. Ability to think creatively and pay attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks

. Experience working on

IT or SaaS-based applications

. Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum methodology
