Job Description

We are seeking a creative and user-focused

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure design alignment with business goals. Develop, document, and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights and feedback. Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging UX best practices.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving skills. Experience designing responsive and mobile-first applications. Familiarity with agile development environments. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Skills

Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics. Knowledge of accessibility standards and interaction design. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail with a creative and analytical mindset.
