Responsibilities
Design
user interfaces
for websites, landing pages, and mobile applications
Create
wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs
Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility
Conduct basic
UX research
and usability improvements
Ensure consistency in design systems, colors, typography, and layouts
Improve user experience based on feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
Proven experience as a
UI/UX Designer
Proficiency in
Figma
(mandatory); Adobe XD / Sketch is a plus
Strong understanding of
UX principles, user behavior, and design trends
Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
Ability to present design ideas clearly to stakeholders
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience with
landing page optimization & CRO
Basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS
Experience working in a
digital marketing or product-based company
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
