Job Description

1. Technical Skills (Frontend & Vue.js Priority)

Proficiency in Vue.js (v2/v3) -- strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management (Vuex/Pinia), routing (Vue Router), and lifecycle hooks.

HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) -- ability to write clean, semantic, and responsive code.

Experience with UI frameworks -- e.g., Vuetify, Element Plus, Quasar, TailwindCSS, or BootstrapVue.

RESTful APIs and JSON -- integrating APIs and managing data flow efficiently.

Version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) -- collaborative coding and workflow management.

Build tools -- experience with Vite, Webpack, or similar tools.

Cross-browser and device compatibility -- ensure consistency across multiple platforms.

Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG) -- creating inclusive, accessible interfaces.

2. Design & UX Skills

UI/UX design proficiency -- familiarity with design principles, hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

Wireframing & Prototyping -- experience using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to translate concepts into visual mockups.

Understanding of user flows and journey mapping -- ability to design intuitive experiences.

Responsive and adaptive design -- ensuring layouts work seamlessly across screen sizes.

Micro-interactions and animation basics -- using transitions for better user engagement.

Design system implementation -- ability to maintain visual and functional consistency across the app.
