Job Summary

UI/UX Designer - Mobile & Web Applications

StilliAds Media & Marketing Company is looking for a proactive and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive mobile and web application interfaces. You'll work closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless user experiences for our app platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual aesthetics, along with the ability to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design UI/UX for mobile (Flutter) and web (React) applications*.

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for app screens.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysisto improve app interfaces.
Maintain consistency of visual design across mobile and web platforms.
Optimize interfaces for user engagement, accessibility, and performance*.

Document design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications*.

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch*.

Understanding of Flutter mobile app design principles and React web UI standards*.

Ability to create responsive and interactive prototypes*.

Knowledge of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards*.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

Experience with animation and micro-interactions in mobile/web apps*.

Understanding of app development workflows and Agile methodologies*.

Familiarity with API-driven UI designand app data integration.
