Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless user experiences and visually compelling interfaces for our AI-powered platform.

Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and experiences that make complex AI-driven IT management tools accessible and enjoyable to use. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to translate user needs into engaging digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality. Create intuitive user flows, interaction models, and visual design systems. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

5-7 years' experience in UI/UX design, preferably for web applications.

(Freshers and candidates below 3 yrs of experience need not apply).

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Passion for designing intuitive and delightful user experiences
