We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can create seamless and beautiful user experiences. You will be responsible for translating our product vision into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior and feedback to understand user needs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions
Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components
Ensure design consistency across all platforms and adhere to established brand guidelines
Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain modern and relevant
Qualifications:
Design Tools:
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
User Research:
Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
Design Principles:
In-depth understanding of layout, typography, color, and responsive design
Prototyping:
Ability to create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Portfolio:
A portfolio showcasing your design projects, including examples of problem-solving, design processes, and final product outcomes
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus)
Experience designing for accessibility and an understanding of WCAG guidelines
Knowledge of motion design and creating micro-interactions
Understanding of analytics and how to use data to drive design decisions
