Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and passionate

UI/UX Designer

to join our software development team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Your work will help shape the user experience of our software products, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for software applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve designs. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UI/UX standards. Work closely with front-end developers to implement and refine designs. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a software development environment. Strong portfolio showcasing software interface designs and user experience projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Experience designing enterprise software or SaaS products. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
