SpiderWorks Technologies is seeking a talented and passionate

UI/UX Designer

with

3+ years of experience

to craft intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functionally effective digital products. You will work alongside our development, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling user experiences that drive engagement and conversion across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve user journeys. Maintain and evolve our internal design systems and UI component libraries. Translate complex business needs into elegant, user-friendly interfaces. Ensure consistency in visual elements and behavior across all digital touchpoints. Stay on top of UI/UX trends, best practices, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience

in a UI/UX design role, preferably with experience at

SpiderWorks Technologies

or a similar digital/tech firm. Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects involving UX research, wireframing, UI design, and interactive prototypes. Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

, or similar. Good understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS basics). Solid grasp of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
