UI/UX Designer

Pay:

₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a talented and passionate

UI/UX Designer

to join our team full-time. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces and creating seamless digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging and intuitive designs.

This role requires prior experience in UI/UX design -

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, develop personas, and define user journeys. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility. Apply design thinking principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback. Contribute to design documentation, style guides, and consistent design standards. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

UI/UX Designer

(minimum 1 year preferred). Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices. Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma and Adobe XD

. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of

web and mobile design best practices

. Experience in usability testing and user research methodologies is a plus.
